The subject of this bachelor thesis is to process a building construction project of the lower building of hotel Ovruč in Štrbské Pleso village, Vysoké Tatry. It is focused on realization of soilcrete and foundation structures. This thesis consists of accompanying and summarized technical reports, sitting of the building with regards to transport routes, technological regulations, organisation principles and equipment of building yard, the itemized budget and time schedule, proposition of construction machines configurations, inspection and testing plan, health and safety at work. All relevant technical drawings are included as well.

Construction Project for Implementation of Multifunctional Building in Brno

The main subject of this diploma thesis is a construction technological project of preparation and realization multifunctional building in Brno on Trugeněvova street. It is a new construction of the main building. It provides a technical report on the construction technology project, transport relations for the transport of materials and machinery to the construction site, following technical report of construction site equipment, construction technology study, design of machinery and last but not least elaboration of technological regulation for the execution of monolithic structures. Furthermore, the chapters on health and safety protection at work on the construction site, as well as the LEED certification system and the financial and time plan of the selected stage are elaborated.

The diploma thesis deals with construction and technological preparation of apartment buildings in „Nad Městěm“ locality in Nové Město na Moravě. The buildings have four above-ground floors and one underground floor with garages. This work contains a technical report of a construction project, a coordination situation with broader transport routes, a time and financial plan, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages, a project of the building site, the design of the main building machines and mechanisms, the cross building budget, the technological regulations, the control and test plans and specialized assignment of the noise study.

Construction-technological project of Ayurvedic pavilion in Počátky

The diploma thesis deals with realization of an Ayurvedic pavilion in the premises of Saint Katerina Resort. The proposed new compound is designed to extend the leisure services of the Saint Katerina Resort in Počátky. The feasibility study of the main technological stages of the project is solved in this diploma thesis. The construction of the object is described in the technical report. Both a detailed itemized budget of the construction and a detailed timetable to show the duration of each process is elaborated for the construction technology project. Futhermore, the design of site construction equipment, design of machine assembly, time deployment of machines and staff balance is elaborated. The project includes a technological regulation of the realization of the skeleton supporting frame structure and both control and test schedule. The work safety for the assembly of the wooden building supporting frame is composed.

The subject of this diploma thesis is processing of a construction technological project for the preparation of the realization of a high-rise residential building in Bratislava. The thesis is based on construction technology solution. The content of thesis is a technical report, coordination situation with broader transport relations, time and financial plan, study of realization of technological stages, solution of construction organization including drawing of construction site, design of main construction machines and mechanisms, technological regulation for upsite monolithic construction, control and testing plan, item budget, detail of relief elements of the ceiling structure, drawing of the formwork of the ceiling structural floor, specific research in the field of tower cranes.

Analysis of accessory costs of budget

The diploma thesis entitled "Analysis of ancillary costs of budget" deals with ancillary costs with a focus on the cost of site equipment. The aim of this work was to analyze the-se costs and subsequent evaluation of incidental costs and with a more detailed focus on the cost of site equipment. The first part of the work focuses on the analysis of the con-struction budget, a detailed description of secondary budget costs and construction site equipment. The second part deals with the analysis of ancillary costs of the construction budget. The emphasis here is on the cost of site equipment. For each type of cost, an ana-lysis was performed using percentage cost rates.

The thesis consist 15 annexes.

Sports Centre in Pardubice, Preparation for Construction

The aim of this master's thesis is the elaboration of a preparation of construction implementation of the Sport Center in Pardubice. The construction system of the building is wall-mounted, made of Porotherm blocks. Ceiling structures are made from prefabricated panels. This thesis covers the study of rough construction implementation, the technological regulations and control and testing plan for the implementation of green roof and ventilated facade, construction site equipment, mechanization design, safety aspects, noise study, and comparison of green roofs. Furthermore, the thesis includes the time and financial plan for the construction of the main building structure. The work encompasses a drawing section.
